Page rank is the rank that Google assigns them in their respective categories. To make this simple.....if you are doing a lot of real estate related search's and notice that some websites keep appearing ? Like yahoo or Yellow page's. Get a back link with those sites.

Go to Google enter in the search "Real Estate Directory". On February 21st when I did this search I came up with 139 million results. Take the top 20 results and enter your info and include your website address with each one of them.
Real estate directories are not as valuable as they once where for Google rankings but they can still provide you with a little "Google Juice". Best part is they are free.
There are quality score's associated with directories but in my experience as long as you are not taking time away from a more valuable pursuit links back to your site are rarely a bad thing.
